Membership in CSC is a mandatory requirement of entry. The individual listed as primary contributor must be a CSC member in good standing, if not the entry will be disqualified and will not receive a written evaluation. Click here for CSC Membership Application. |

Entries shall be submitted and prepared for the competition in the same format as presented or distributed to the construction industry and cannot be custom-designed for the competition. Entries shall not have been previously submitted in any CSC Quality Documents Competition. |

Entries shall be in the English or French language. |
 |
Submit two complete binders per entry. |
 |
If the entries include electronic media, submit two hard copies of electronic media output along with the binders. |
 |
Entries shall be consistently bound in one or more volumes. Multiple volumes are considered as a single entry. |
 |
Individual, unbound, or loose brochures and samples are not acceptable and are grounds for disqualification. |
 |
Entries shall not contain unauthorized reproduced copies of copyrighted documents. |
 |
Each entry must be accompanied by a completed, signed copy of the official entry application and a written description, as referenced in the application form. There is no limit to the number of separate entries submitted. |

Entries will not be returned. |
 |
Entries must be received by the CSC office by Tuesday, December 12, 2006. |

Non-membership in CSC, a late entry, unsigned entry application, or copyright violation is grounds for automatic disqualification and not eligible for an evaluation. |

Auto-installed software is grounds for automatic disqualification. |
