Membership in CSC is a mandatory requirement of entry. The individual listed as primary contributor must be a CSC member in good standing, if not the entry will be disqualified and will not receive a written evaluation. Click here for CSC Membership Application.
 
Entries consist of a complete set of documents for a construction project, including all major classifications of the work, whether under a single prime contract or multiple prime contracts. Submit entries as originally bid. Do not alter format of original documents.
 
Entries must meet the following: At the time of entry, bids for the work must have been received, construction started, or the work substantially performed within the previous 12 months and not previously submitted in any CSC Quality Documents Competition.
 
Projects starting design after April 1st 2006 must be in Masterformat 2004.
Entries are accepted in either the English or French language.
Submit two complete sets of documents for one category. Only one entry will be permitted for the same project.
A – Submit entries for hard copies as a substantially bound document in one or more volumes.
B – Submit entries for electronic submissions on a properly labelled CD and submitted in a substantial case.
Entries shall not contain unauthorized reproduced copies of copyrighted documents.
 
Entrants shall supply forms (including client or owner mandated forms) included in the project manual by reference only.
 
Each entry must be accompanied by a completed, signed copy of the official entry application, and an entry description. There is no limit to the number of entries submitted.
 
Entries will not be returned.
Entries must be received by the CSC office by Tuesday, December 12, 2006.
Non-membership in CSC, a late entry, unsigned entry application, or copyright violation is grounds for automatic disqualification and not eligible for an evaluation.
