NOTICE TO ALL EXHIBITORS
A judge officiating at a show, held under these rules, shall not be subjected to indignities of any kind during the progress of the show. It shall be the duty on obligation of the Club holding the event to see that this rule is carried out effectively. The Show Superintendent or Trial Chairman shall promptly investigate and immediately report to the C.K.C., any infringement of this rule. The Discipline Committee shall have the power to take such action as it deems necessary, on receipt of a report indicating that this rule has been violated.
GENERAL RULES
- No entry will be accepted unless all particulars called for on the entry form are filled in. INCOMPLETE ENTRIES WILL BE RETURNED, NO ENTRY WILL BE ACCEPTED UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY THE ENTRY FEES.
- TELEPHONE AND FAX ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- Trio K & OC reserves the right to refuse any entry, subject to CKC Dog Show Rules.
- Identification cards and judging schedules will be mailed as soon as possible after entries close.
- It is the responsibility of the exhibior to have the dog in the ring when the dogs class is scheduled for judging.
- Trio K & OC will use due care and diligence for the welfare of dogs and exhibitors, but will not be responsible for, or assume any liability in the event of an accident, or misfortune, to either dogs, exhibitors or patrons.
- The Board of Directors of the CKC has ruled that where a conflict arises between the Breed Standards and the Dog Show Rules, that the Dog Show Rules will take precedence.
- Exhibiitors must abide by errors made in entering their dogs regardless of how or by whom the entry was made. Changes or cancellation of any entry after closing date is prohibited.
- If because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of the management, it is impossible to open or complete the show, no refund of entry fees will be made.
- The Show Superintendent will be in complete charge of the show which will be governed by CKC rules.
- NO PRIVATE EXERCISE PENS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE ARENA AFTER THE OPENING OF THE SHOW.
- Only dogs which are registered in the CKC Stud Book, or are eligible for such registration, can be entered.
SHOW PRECINCT
Show precidnts shall be the arena and twenty feet from all outdoor rings. Groups 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 will be judged outdoors. Group 5, Boston Terrier/Miniature Pinscher Specialties and all the Obedience Trails will be judged indoors. All other Specialties outdoors
