Khana is the epitome of Motherhood. She loves the homestead and wants to stay there, thank-you-very-much. All sweetness and warmth to both humans and puppies, Khana is well known to welcome her offspring back into her life, even in their adolescence or adulthood. She recognizes her own and licks their faces in greeting.

To describe her physically, there is one word that comes to mind first ... solid. She has a substantial frame and impressive body mass to fill it, and is a dominant figure in the Bluespirit pack, keeping youngsters - and often adults - in line.
This distinctive dam produces litters with outstanding temperament. She instills in her puppies confidence and innate affection for people. Princess Khana is a happy dog and as a mother is often seen playing vigorously with her pups, developing early drive instincts. Often firm but always gentle, if temperament is more taught than inherited, Khana is the ultimate teacher.

She is also a pensive and thoughtful lady, and expresses serious intelligence. Her pups generally adapt well to all new circumstances. And they are always welcome back for a visit!
